Section 1: What information do we collect, and how do we utilize it?

When you purchase an item from Koko Naughty, we collect basic information including but not limited to your name, address, and email address. Essentially, the bare-bones info we need to quickly and accurately process your transaction and ensure your goods arrive safe and sound. With your permission, we may send you emails to keep you in the now about new products, promos, events etc.

Section 2: Customer Consent

Consent to collect information is granted when you provide us with the information necessary to complete your transaction. This includes verifying payment information, shipping address, contact information etc. Should we request your information for newsletters etc, we will ask directly. Seconday communications are completely voluntary - you are free to opt out. You are able to withdraw consent at any time by selecting the appropriate option in email marketing messages (unsubscribe) or by contacting Koko Naughty customer service.

Section 3: Disclosure Agreement

If required by law, we may disclose personal information. We don’t have time for crappy people doing crappy things on Koko Naughty isle. Be nice, have FUN.

Section 4: Storefront Data Keeping and Collection

Koko Naughty is hosted via Squarespace and it’s e-commerce branch of services. The Squarespace platform provides us the vehicle and bandwidth to sell out products to the public. Necessary data is stored securely with and through Squarespace. Your transaction data is stored temporarily - long enough for your transaction to be processed and completed.
